Newbury Berkshire: UPDATE: Appeal for 2 missing girls

UPDATE: Appeal for 2 missing girls

UPDATE: The girls were found in Wiltshire late yesterday afternoon (23/5).

Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing two missing teenage girls from West Berkshire.
Abigail Campbell, aged 14, from Thatcham and Georgia Winstanley, aged 14, from Wantage, were last seen at Georgia’s home yesterday (22/5) afternoon.
Abigail is white, with a thin build, 5ft 6ins, with black hair. She was wearing jeans and maybe a dark jumper.
Georgia is white, around 5ft 7ins, with strawberry blonde hair. She was wearing a white or grey jumper and black trainers.
Sgt Janine Vickery, who is leading the search for the girls, said: “It is out of character for Abigail and Georgia to be missing for this period of time without being in contact with their families.
“We are actively pursuing a number of lines of inquiry and sightings, but I would urge anyone with any information about their location to contact police urgently.”
Anyone with any information about the location of Abigail or Georgia should contact police via 0845 8 505 505.
Alternatively, if you do not want to speak to police, or leave your name, please contact the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
