The Highways Agency is dedicated to making your journey as smooth as possible. Where delays occur, planned or otherwise, we want to get you the information you need as quickly and easily as possible, to help you make informed decisions about your travel plans.

We're now making travel information available direct to your PC desktop. So as long as you're connected to the internet, you can view full details about traffic incidents in real time, without even having to open your web browser.

To take advantage of this free service, all you need to do is download and install a small file to your computer. It will put a small car icon in the bottom corner of your screen, which you can click whenever you want, to scroll through traffic incidents at your own pace.
