Witness appeal following suspicious behaviour

Thames Valley Police are appealing for information after an incident in Pudding Lane, Brightwalton yesterday (16/6).

At around 8am, a seven-year-old girl was walking her dog when she was approached by a man who was driving a silver people carrier. He did not speak to or touch her but police are keen to speak to this man.

The man is white with a tanned complexion, in his twenties, of large build and with black hair and stubble. He was wearing a black waist-length jacket with a zip, black trousers and green trainers.

If anyone saw this man acting suspiciously in the area please contact A/Sgt Rhys Miles at Newbury police station via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505. If you do not wish to speak to police, you can contact the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
